Our service to you

	Personal attention ensures your needs are assessed. Your specific colour scheme or theme for your wedding is taken into account and we work around that. You may require invitations only or you may want other stationery to complement your wedding day. Service booklets/sheets, seating plans, table numbers, name place cards, menus, wine lists, wine labels, thank you cards, bonbonnière labels, etc. can be made to match your wedding invitations and theme. This ensures your stationery is exclusive, unique and customised.
	Bonbonnière/gift packages are made up to match your wedding invitations and other wedding stationery.
	Many more samples to choose from - consultations are available by appointment. We are open Monday to Friday - evening appointments are also available at 19h00 - Monday to Thursday. Based in Edenvale/Greenstone Hill (off the N3, Modderfontein/Johannesburg off-ramp), we are 20 minutes drive from Sandton, Johannesburg, Germiston and Benoni. Direction map available - click here. Box and bottle examples and sizes

To compliment your wedding invitations and stationery, we can make up the following shapes of gift boxes to match your invitation colours: 3 Dimensional envelope, 4 sided pyramid box, cube box with flap lid, pillow box and self-closing puzzle box. Dimensions of the boxes are on the image itself.

These boxes are not sold seperately to wholesalers. They are available only to clients who place their wedding or corporate invitation orders with us.

Variety
A wide variety of papers, embellishments and techniques ensures your hand made wedding invitations and stationery are unique. We use machine and hand made paper and loads of embellishments like feathers, leaves, butterflies, paper roses, pewter plates, ribbons and wax seals, etc.

Prices
Invitations range from R 24.00 to R 63.00 each. Prices quoted include printing and standard corresponding envelopes for card invitations.

Planning your wedding

Choosing your wedding suppliers can be a daunting task. We have chosen a few which we have worked with and would recommend:

Planning your wedding stationery

When to order wedding invitations & stationery?
Orders are required 12 weeks (3 months) before your wedding day. We require 3-4 weeks to manufacture your order. You need to post or deliver about 8 weeks (2 months) before the day. This makes an allowance of 2 weeks through the postal system or time to deliver. Your guests may need time to make travel arrangements or organise baby sitters before they respond. Generally, caterers require your final numbers of guests about two weeks before the wedding.

Theme and colour scheme
Your wedding invitation sets the tone for your guests in anticipation of your wedding day. Let's say you have booked a venue that has an Egyptian 'feel' to it - you could carry this theme across to your guests by giving them a custom made Egyptian invitation using gold and green. This theme and these colours will certainly add charm and professionalism if they are carried through to any other stationery you require like R.S.V.P. cards, service booklets, seating arrangers, name place cards, a message book and thank you cards. Your wedding album can also be customised in this fashion.

Font/copy
We have over 100 fonts to choose from. If we do not have the font you require, you are welcome to send it to us via e-mail.
Proofs of copy (wording) will be sent to you to check and sign off as correct or to make any changes. Printing will commence only once proofs are signed off as correct.

How many invitations to order?
One invitation per family, per couple or single guest. It is courteous to send invitations to people you know cannot attend. It is also wise to order 5 extra invitations for someone you may have forgotten or to put into your scrapbook/wedding album.

Quantities - other stationery
Not all the people you invite to your wedding will be able to attend. It is for this reason you would order less service sheets than invitations e.g. If you order 80 invitations, you should order approximately 75 service sheets.
Name place cards and the seating plan are made up about two weeks before your wedding day. (By now you know who is coming and have made the last changes). The names and seating plan must be e-mailed or faxed to us then.

Wording and etiquette
We can advise you on what to say in your invitation and any other stationery if you are unsure. Examples of wording can be sent to you upon confirmation of your order.
If you cannot cater for or accommodate children, it is not rude to say "Regret, no children." Most people know that a budget needs to be adhered to.

How to order

	Come and see us. Daytime and evening appointments available (082 538 2064). If you have any pictures or ideas of what you want, feel free to bring them along. However, we will not copy and reproduce another supplier's design. After deciding what you want, we will work out a quote for you.
	A no obligation, detailed written quotation will be e-mailed or faxed to you within two days.
	Your order will be confirmed upon our receipt of your accepted quotation and 50% deposit of the order amount. We require your order to be confirmed 3 months or sooner before your wedding day. (Remember, your invitations need to be sent out about 2 months before the day). We can send you sample wording for your invitation and other stationery if you are stuck on what to say and how to say it.
	Once we have received the wording for your invitations, we do a proof/type set (exact wording, font and alignment on invitation) and fax it to you for checking and double checking. This needs to be signed, dated and faxed back to us. Printing will go ahead once the final proof is correct.
	Information for service booklets/sheets, name place cards, seating plans, menus, wine lists, etc. must be sent to us for type setting. These will also be faxed to you for checking (except seating plans and name place cards). This needs to be signed, dated and faxed back to us. Printing will go ahead once the final proof is correct.
